2025 July 4th Parade Registration Form

NOTICE: The Eagle Nest 4th of July Parade is a production of the Eagle Nest Chamber of Commerce. The 4th of July Parade is not an event of the Village of Eagle Nest. The Parade Committee reserves the right to reject any entry at its sole and absolute discretion.

IMPORTANT NOTICE For Safety’s Sake - please read

• No alcoholic beverages! NO SQUIRT GUNS! No Water Balloons etc...

• Throwing any items (Candy, Beads etc.) from vehicles, Floats, etc NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH CARE: Don’t throw directly at any individual, rather towards the street in front of their feet so no one gets hurt.

• No stopping along the route is permitted. No adding non-registered participants to your entry.

• Any entries violating the rules will be asked to leave the parade immediately and will not be allowed to participate in further parades.

• REMINDER: THERE ARE NO WATER FACILITIES AVAILABLE!

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself, the owners and the participants involved in our entry, hereby waive any and all claims against the 4th of July Parade in Eagle Nest, NM, The Eagle Nest Chamber of Commerce, the Village of Eagle Nest, and the committee members, arising out of our participation in the parade or while in the Village of Eagle Nest.
